This is my first waffle maker and I just love it. The high sides hold fresh fruit and you can hold it in you hand if your in a hurry. I made extra and put them in the freezer. I have a wide mouth toaster that this boat fit right in for a great quick breakfast.

This is a really neat waffle maker. It cooks them very fast and evenly. The boat shape is unique and neat–it begs one to add fruit or something else (chicken, bacon, ??). . . It has a nice warning sound to tell you when it is ready and done, so in the morning rush to get kids to school we don’t overcook the waffles. The temp must be just right because the texture comes out perfect. The thickness is just right too–it is not a belgian waffle maker, as the waffles this one makes are pretty thin which I prefer.

I was served a waffle boat at a bed & breakfast and loved it. I had to have a waffle boat maker and was able to find this VillaWare 2007 UNO series waffle boat maker online. I was elated. It is easy to use, easy to clean and store. The waffle boats come out perfect. I use bisquick mix and it works great. Enjoy.
